Shipping

Kindly notice if you purchase one power wheelchair which has batteries.
You will get two packages one is the wheelchair and another one is the batteries.
(As the security rules by the airplane companies, all the lithium batteries need to be taken out to be shipped separately).

The shipping days is around 7-14 days by UPS.

 

 

Tracking My Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a Tracking Number on despatch. Registered account users can log into their account for delivery status.

 

Change or cancel an order

Please note that we have a quick turnaround time, this does mean there is only a small window to cancel your order. If you notice a mistake please cancel the order from within your account as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

If you want to cancel an order within 24hours before we are ready to despatch it just follow these easy steps:

1. Log in your account.

2. Click "MY ACCOUNT" and "My Orders".

3. Select the order you wish to cancel.

4. Click the 'Cancel This Order' button.
