WARRANTY POLICY

The constant effort we make every day to offer high-quality power wheelchair, which enables us to offer the following warranty. The warranty does not apply to damages arising from artificial factors and external forces. We promise to provide replaced parts throughout its lifespan by charging the customer a proper fee if the warranty is expired.

 

WARRANTY COVERAGE

1688wheel.com warranties all products manufactured and/or distributed against any non-conformity issues for the first 6/12/18/24/36 months after their purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original buyer of the product, who shall have the right to the repair of the defective product.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

When filing a claim under this warranty, the user must provide a copy of the purchase document ( invoice) from 1688wheel.com

The user must maintain the purchased product in good condition for use, according to the instructions and recommendations provided in the instruction booklet accompanying the mechanic. 1688wheel is entitled to reject any warranty claims that are the direct result of poor product maintenance by the user.

This warranty does not apply in any case to damage or defects derived from negligent use of the power wheelchair or mobility scooter, the mounting of other non-original accessories not supplied or mounted by the factory, or any inappropriate manipulation or maintenance operations by the user or by any third party on their behalf. 

RETURN POLICY

 

We understand the importance of the right product and the right fit, we sincerely want you to love your items. To make a return, please follow these guidelines: 

Defective item

If an item is defective when you receive it, it will need to be returned to us for a full inspection to ensure it is covered by the warranty. To return a faulty item please follow the procedure below:

To qualify for a return:

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of purchase.

The item(s) must be in new with the original packaging.

The damaged item even following the regular operation.

Proof of defective item required.

 

Items not acceptable by return:

The item was not purchased from 1688wheel.com.

The item is unclean.

The item was damaged by improper use or damaged in an accident.

 

Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained as complete and undamaged (including the “original sealed” product box including its original packing materials) your purchase price, and the original shipping will be refunded to you. We do not refund any applicable tax. Note that if the product is defective through no fault of your own, you may either request a repair or an exchange.

 

All returns:

Refunds, including original shipping, will be refunded to the credit card account/ corresponding account used for purchase within 30 days after the return is received. A refund will be applied to the original card used in the transaction.

If an item is returned that does not meet the above criteria, the return will be declined and the item returned to you.

 

Please noted

1. For the power wheelchair, shipping fees to return the items are at the customer's own expense.

2. Please consult your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We advise you to use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

 

Wrong item

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, you do as below.

A. If the wrong item is acceptable, you could ask for a special offer for this item, the difference would be refunded to your account.

B. You could request the return. The purchase price and original shipping will be refunded.

C. Please contact us if you have any other query or request.

 

Unwanted item / no faulty

If you have changed your mind on your purchase, please contact us.
